Bringing Healthy Aging to Betmar Village: A Morning of Healthy Eating, Connection, and Community

Healthy eating is an important part of healthy aging, and we were honored to bring that message to the residents of Betmar Village. Aging 100 proudly sponsored breakfast and hosted an interactive workshop on healthy eating and nutrition, sharing practical tips to help seniors make informed food choices that support lifelong health and well-being.

As part of our visit, we also distributed dozens our red bags, filled with essential supplies and wellness activities designed to encourage healthy, active, and engaged living.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a morning of learning, connection, and community. Together, we're advancing our mission of helping senior citizens reach the age of 100 and beyond.
