Respite Care Grants for Family Caregivers
In partnership with Blissful Hearts Healthcare Services, we are excited to announce the launch of our Community Home Care Assistance Initiative!
Overview
This respite care grant program is designed to provide much-needed relief and financial support to family caregivers by covering the cost of temporary, nonmedical in-home care for older adults living with illnesses, disabilities, or dementia.
Through this initiative, we aim to ease the financial and emotional burdens of caregiving while ensuring older adults receive compassionate, dependable care in the comfort of their own homes.
Together, we're helping older adults age with dignity, independence, and purpose while supporting the family caregivers who care for them.
Note: Aging 100 partners with local care provider Blissful Hearts Healthcare Services to coordinate in-home care services for approved recipients. Financial assistance is provided through direct payment to Blissful Hearts Healthcare Services, for authorized care services; cash awards are not provided to individuals or families. Application approval is based on program eligibility, available funding, and provider availability. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or services.
